Yes, you can be! Go to the product you wish to purchase, select the color, and when the item is out-of-stock, an email address field will appear. Once you sign up, you will be notified when the item is available for purchase.

All prices are listed in USD. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and JCB. Please note that cards issued by local banks which are not listed above will not be accepted by our global processing service, in which case we recommend PayPal as an alternative.

Orders may be subject to payment verification. For the protection of our customers, we want to ensure that every order that we ship out was authorized by the cardholder. If your order is placed on hold, we will reach out to you immediately to ensure the delays are minimal.

Changing or cancelling an order

Orders may be changed or canceled if we are notified within 24 hours of the time of purchase. Contact us at After 24 hours, no changes/cancellations will be accepted.

Shipping & delivery

Kariari works with artisans across the world; hence orders will be shipped to you from various places. We provide a tracking number, so you can check which stages your delivery has already gone through.

Once it is on its way to you, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking information. If you do not receive your tracking details, please contact our team directly.

Shipping is calculated during checkout.

Orders will be packed and dispatched within seven working days. Delivery times vary based on the shipping destination. During busy periods, promotional events, and sales, there may be delays in your order's dispatch.

All international packages may be subject to duties and taxes. Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend you please check your local customs website for estimated costs. We typically declare packages at $5-$10 values to avoid any additional taxes.

Kariari reserves the right to deduct any return costs incurred from the total return amount for orders that are refused at customs should duties and taxes be unpaid.


Every Kariari piece is lovingly crafted by our artisan partners and may vary slightly from the photo due to the handmade nature of the product. Please note that this is not deemed a fault and is what makes our pieces distinct from factory-made ones.

That being said, we offer returns if you have been sent a defective or an incorrect item. We will replace the item if stock is available or refund upon return. You have seven days from the date your package was delivered to initiate a return.

All orders are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange. We only offer returns if you have been sent a defective or an incorrect item.

To initiate a return, please email and provide the following information: 

1) your order number

2) a brief description

3) a photo or two showing the defect
