Shipping is free on orders above US$250 in a single country. For more accurate shipping costs, please check the product page.

 

Return Policy

Every Kariari piece is lovingly handcrafted by our artisan partners and may vary slightly from the photo due to the handmade nature of the product. Please note that this is not deemed a fault and is what makes our pieces distinct from factory-made ones. 

That being said, we offer returns if you have been sent a defective or an incorrect item. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We will replace the item if stock is available or refund upon return. 

*It does not constitute a defect if, in our reasonable opinion, the product has, following the sale to you, become of unacceptable quality due to fair wear and tear, misuse, or failure to use in accordance with care instructions.

 

How to Initiate a Return

You have seven days from the date your package was delivered to initiate a return. Please email help@kariari.com and provide the following information: 

  • your order number
  • a brief description
  • a photo or two showing the defect

You will receive instructions with the next steps in 1-2 business days. 

 

Sending Your Return Back

Item/s must be shipped back to us together with original proof of purchase within 14 days of the request approval. Item/s must be returned in original condition, unused, unaltered, and unwashed. 

Please ensure your return is sent via a trusted courier company. We recommend a registered or traceable postal service as parcels remain the responsibility of the customer until received by Kariari. Kariari is not liable for the loss of products being returned, nor do we refund shipping charges. If you are unsure of the rate you should be charged when shipping back your return, please contact our team. We'll be more than happy to help point you in the right direction.  

 

Processing Your Return

We endeavor to process refunds daily, but please allow up to 3-5 business days for your return to be processed. You will receive an email notification when our team has received your return and again when it has been processed. Upon receipt, your return will undergo a quality review. Original shipping charges unless the item is defective will not be refunded.

Refunds will be processed back to the original credit card. Refunds can take several business days to reflect on your credit card statement, depending on your payment provider. Please note that item/s discounted from a promotional event or marked on sale cannot be returned for a refund.
